| Assist customers and accurately record service requirements. |
| Prepare estimates and obtain customer approval for repairs. |
| Liaise between customers and workshop technicians. |
| Monitor repair progress and provide customer updates. |
| Finalise repair orders and ensure customer satisfaction. |
| Required Qualifications & Experience: |
| 2+ Years Proven experience in a similar role. |
| Strong automotive knowledge and interest. |
| Excellent communication and customer service skills. |
| Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. |
| Computer Literate. |
